Whether working with buyers or sellers, Leslie’s passion and philosophy for selling real estate does not change. Her goal is always to provide in-depth knowledge of the current market, set realistic expectations, and educate her clients every step of the way. As with most business relationships, communication is the key to success. Leslie prides herself on her ability to provide clients timely answers, information, and upfront honest opinions.

While most of Leslie’s expertise lies in selling older homes, she is also very familiar with the condo market and new construction/developments all around the Seattle area. She is well-versed in construction, construction styles, interior design, and has a passion for remodeling.

Leslie was born and raised in Seattle and graduated from the University of Washington. Since then, she has spent most of her professional life working and living in Seattle, which has made her extremely familiar with the neighborhoods, streets, schools, and of course all the latest trends in restaurants, shops, and sporting events.

Prior to the last 18 years in real estate, Leslie spent the first part of her career as a marketing professional in the high-tech industry. From that experience, she gained a wealth of knowledge in traditional and Internet marketing/advertising - two very important skills in selling and buying real estate.

Over the years, including five spent in San Francisco, Leslie has seen the home market change considerably and has experienced personally as well as through friends/family how challenging and stressful purchasing or selling a home can be without the proper guidance. Those experiences, and her passion for homes, construction, and interior design led Leslie to become the real estate professional she is today.

Leslie has a passion for food and try to keep up on the restaurant scene in Seattle as much as possible. She is an avid golfer, loves skiing, softball, tennis, diving, running, and supporting the local sports teams. Traveling is very important part of her life—Leslie has been to many places including Europe, SE Asia, South America, Central America, and all over Mexico and plans to visit many more.
