Prior to a career in real estate, Leslie spent many years working in various types of customer service roles for a healthcare software company. She helped with some of the most difficult software issues, installed software, and trained customers. This experience taught Leslie that one of her core strengths is her ability to stay calm and guide people through important or challenging tasks. Leslie chose to pursue a career in real estate because she was ready for something that took her out of an office and in front of people.
