Leslie was great in every sense of the word! She consistently kept us up to date on the newest properties in our area, and was always available and willing to meet us at odd hours of the day and weekend to showcase the house. When properties didn't meet our expectations, she knew it and would honestly voice her opinion. When we finally decided on our home, she was incredibly prompt in getting us any paperwork that was needed, and answered any questions that was needed. I used Leslie for buying a new condo and selling the one I already had. Her knowledge of the local market got me a better selling price than I would have asked for. Leslie was also very helpful in finding a new home that met my needs. And when it came to buy that home, she worked well with the seller's agent and even negotiated the buying price down due to work that was needed on the unit. We met with several agents before kind of stumbling into Leslie by accident...and what a great accident it was. She really made us feel like we were her top priority. Buying your first home can be very discouraging (not to mention exhausting) and we were doing so at the same time as also being first time parents of a newborn and moving from a different state. The stress trifecta! But Leslie felt more like a friend than an agent. We have already recommended her to our parents (obviously not something we would do if we didn't think she was great) and would recommend her to anyone really looking for help. When it looked like we wouldn't get the loan we needed, she helped us find one.
