Leslie is absolutely wonderful to work with. This was my first experience buying a home with a realtor and she made everything so easy, and she was happy to answer all of my many, many questions throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond at every step of the way, including during our 4 hour home inspection. I could not have asked for a better realtor experience. I would recommend her to any friend or family member shopping for or selling a home in Northern Virginia!

Leslie, was very detailed and explained all the details that go into putting our condo on the market to sell. We ran into some problems intially with a potential seller. However, she was always very calm and explained everything so that we always where well informed when we made any decisions. I would highly recommend Leslie to anyone who needs a realtor.

Leslie was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend her! She is very professional and caring and she made the process of purchasing my condo very smooth. Her advice regarding negotiations with the seller was most appreciated and effective. She was always responsive and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. I was living in a different state at the time of purchase. She was extremely helpful in recommending & contacting contractors for estimates so that necessary repairs and improvements could be done immediately after settlement. Any buyer or seller would be in good hands with Leslie!

Leslie made happen the sale of our double condo unit in a most commendable manner. She prepared our apartment for open houses complete with photographs, videos and text and featured it on her website showing it off magnificently. Always cheerful and quick to respond to emails and phone calls, Leslie became not only our realtor but a new friend.

Leslie is a great realtor! She actually took the time to interview me to learn exactly what my needs were and what I was looking for in a condo including square footage, the direction I preferred to face and floor location so we did not waste time on unnecessary showings. She offered options, printed out materials and worked to meet my "in town these days" schedule. All I can say is "SOLD!" and I would defintely recommend her!

Leslie Rodriguez is a great realtor she is very knowledgeable a lot of experience she is not your average realtor. She definitely looks up for you best interés. She has a lot of patience and she doesn’t get pushy for you to buy or sell so she can make her comisión. We have done to buys and one sell with her. First buy we saw a lot of house we were first time buyer she educated us about the buying process and give us ideas and guidance on what to look for for our family plants. Second purchase she new us and our family already it took us one day out and seeing five houses to find our new dream house. The sell we did with her she did a Pre inspection of the property told us what to do before selling it. We did it then she had a professional photographer take some great pictures, she listed the house the right price with in 24 hours we had 4 offers people asking to just sell it to them but not she advised us to have the open house have more offers then she reviewed all of them and help us make the best choice. We ended with $15000 over the asking price. 3 transactions our self recommended her to friends and all happy.

She is very efficient, good communicator, goes a long way to meet your expectations. Always punctual and available to show a desired property, she found for us a great condo in no time. Leslie has a deep knowledge of the house market and is a very strong negotiator!

Leslie was wonderful. Not only did she help find us the perfect condo in Old Town, she went out of her way to help us with all the additional tasks that come up and are hard to finish for a couple who lives out of town. We've had some bad experiences with real estate agents, but Leslie was amazing. Gets my highest recommendation.
