Leslie developed her real estate expertise over the past 10 years by successfully working for both buyers and sellers. This success has been the result of providing my clients with an in-depth understanding of the market, current trends, top notch negotiating skills and integrity. She understands a real estate transaction is highly emotional and usually the largest financial transaction a family may undertake. Being a skilled communicator, a good listener, and a naturally patient person, are qualities that have been invaluable to my success. These skills helped her manage expectations for both buyers and sellers. She is particularly proud of her high referral rate from past customers. As a 25-year resident of Scarsdale, Edgemont, and currently Armonk, she has invaluable first-hand knowledge of the schools and surrounding areas. She also has sold and/or listed homes in Scarsdale, Edgemont, White Plains, New Rochelle, Armonk, Harrison, Rye Brook, Ardsley & Eastchester. As a mother of three children who have gone through both public and private education, she can offer practical insight and experience to families considering a move to Westchester County. Leslie firsthand experience with new construction and home renovation is also another value-added plus for my clients. Having this strong understanding of construction/design has helped her work successfully with local builders, architects, designers, and contractors. This knowledge can help a prospective buyer and works very well for a seller to position their home for a timely and successful sale. She also enjoys being an active leader in my community. She has held past leadership positions in Scarsdale’s United Jewish Appeal’s Woman’s Division, Friends of Music, and the Arts at Scarsdale High School, Learning to Look at The Solomon Schechter School of Westchester. She also has been a past member of the PTA at The Windward School. In addition to these positions, she spent 8 years as a member of the Advisory Council to The College of Visual and Performing Arts at Syracuse University. In Leslie spare time she enjoys spending quality time with my family and our Sheep Doodle, Stella who volunteers with me as a therapy dog at The Bristol.
