Leslie Stelzer's career began in Education, where she remained for 32 years. She worked as a Special Education teacher, English teacher and Individual Education Program manager. After many years in public service, she decided to pursue a career in real estate, where she has been for the last 12 years. Leslie, along with her daughter, Bailey Goodman, work together as a team and bring structure and energy to the home buying and selling process. They attribute their success in real estate to the passion they have for servicing their clients' needs. As a team they supply guidance, counsel and problem solve every step of the way from contract to close. Staying in close contact with their clients throughout the process is what works best for everyone. They strategically market a home using tried and true methods, as well as use numerous digital resources. A Kansas City native, Leslie grew up in Leawood where her father, a home builder, built their family home in the early 1950s. Growing up with father and grandfather home builders, Wilson Siemens and George Siemens and the great grandchild of Kansas City architect George Siemens of Root and Siemens, Leslie was given many tours of the Kansas City area throughout her life. The Stelzer Goodman goal is to supply a positive, production, smooth transaction, and they are proud of their exceptional referral rate and long list of satisfied clients! In her free time, she loves spending time with her family. She also loves playing tennis, reading, traveling and time with friends. She sings with the Noteables, a singing group that performs in senior living centers throughout the metro!
