Leslie Suskin

Suskin Realty is a small office with BIG service. Marc has been selling Gainesville Real Estate since he graduated from Gainesville High School in 1975. Leslie came to Gainesville in 1978 to go to the University of Florida. She got her real estate license, married Marc and then graduated from UF with a degree in accounting. Growing up in Gainesville, Sam has developed the same passion for helping others as Marc and Leslie. They have combined experience of over 85 years.

Between Leslie, Marc and Sam they help an average of about 140 people a year buy and sell homes. The Suskins know the market, as well as its cycles and they know the lenders, inspectors and other key people needed to help make transactions go smoothly.
