Leta was an absolutely phenomenal realtor on every front. She made the process of selling and buying fast and easy. Leta walked through my home with some ideas on how to prepare it for listing- I received an offer within hours over the asking price! I owe that entirely to Leta. On the other end, Leta helped me find the home of my dreams within a price range I was very comfortable with. I had a poor experience with another realtor 7 years ago and was gun shy stepping into this one...I had no need to be. It was an entirely different experience with Leta. She walked with me every single step of the way from listing my home, negotiating contracts, home inspections, and closing. She was responsive and attentive. No one is better than Leta! My husband and I began our journey with Leta over 2.5 years ago when we decided to move back to WI from out of state. She patiently checked on us often but not was never pushy or irritated with us. We finally decided to go for it, and had some hiccups along the way with our home sale (unrelated to her). She was reassuring, confident, calming, and comforting during what was the most difficult time for my husband and me. Her team is also professional and timely. She is a friend and an honest person when you need it most. I can't imagine having gone through this experience with anyone but her! Becky B

When we decided to sell, Leta did an outstanding job of keeping us informed on what needs to happen next, what to expect, and was available almost immediately with various questions that we had at any given moment of the day! She is a true professional, very positive and supportive. She was helpful in the finding of our new house as well. We were so lucky to have Leta's work ethic in our corner, as we witnessed other homes for sale with other realtors, and realized that not everyone is created equal in the world of realtors! I had no doubts that after seeing a ton of previous great reviews, that Leta would serve me well in the home buying process. And after closing on my home about 2wks ago, I found that I couldn't have been more right!! I began looking for a home around mid-July and I was moving in 2mos later!! With her knowledge, helpfulness, resourcefulness, professionalism, and ease to work with, Leta made the home buying process nothing short of incredibly easy and actually enjoyable. There were aspects involved with submitting a formal offer that I would've never realized existed and I really feel that Leta made this a winning situation for me. And it's proof that through her professional guidance and assistance in submitting an offer, that she was looking out for ME, what I wanted, what I needed, and what would help me land an accepted offer and yet come out feeling ahead. I would undoubtedly recommend Leta to even my closest family members and friends to work with in the home buying/selling process.
