I cannot speak more highly of this team! We first worked with Leticia and her team 10 years ago when we purchased our first home. New build, so it was not a complicated process but they were there as a great support. Fast forward 10 years, we decided to sell that home and look for a bigger home. In this crazy market, we knew selling and buying was going to difficult or at least, take a while. Leticia and her team are pros. We sold our home in 4 days, significantly over asking price. Easy in this market right? Well when it came to find out new home, not only did we get our very first offer accepted, I found out later that the sellers realtor in part choose our offer because he though Alberto would be easy to work with through the process. Who you choose as a realtor matters people!! Choose the pros, spare yourself the heartache! You would think they were done after closing papers were signed, sealed and delivered. They went above and beyond to help the seller move her things out and help with the clean up process! Who does that?! I will always recommend this team! Don’t hesitate in picking this team of Pros!

Earlier last year i had decided to sell my home. There were many mailers and calls from "flippers". I know personally one of those flippers, and I'm sure he would have helped me but he wasn't familiar with my area. He did give me some pointers. I didn't want to risk using one of those lowball commission houses. I don't sell houses for a living, but In my own business I worked on commission, and knew "you get what you pay for". A neighbor told me he had sold his own house--and it sounds like he left a lot of money on the table. My point is that good agents EARN their commission and I wanted the best agent! In trying to find the right agent to sell my house, I checked a couple of online websites which showed agents in my area and the number of houses each one had sold. Leticia and Associates had sold 3-4 TIMES more homes than any other agents. So I knew I should interview them.

But before interviewing them, I didn't know any workmen to help prepare the house to sell, so relied on neighbors for referrals for handymen, so I employed a couple of them but wasn't satisfied because of low quality of workmanship, not showing up, etc. When I did interview Leticia and Alberto, they recommended a couple of professionals who were a little more expensive, but their quality was much higher, showed up on time, and got the job done much faster...again, you get what you pay for! And it's absolutely true for Leticia and Associates. They earned their commission.

We lived in So. California our whole lives. We have 3 of 4 kids in So. Calif. as well as 8 of 10 Grandkids. We spent thousands of dollars, totally remodeling our house in the last four years. We were even forced to remodel our pool because it leaked. We loved our home. It was a very emotional decision to leave our home and family. I would highly recommend Leticia and Alberto. They imbued a since of confidence that everything was going to work out OK, during this emotional decision to move. They always reassured us that we were in charge, and did not pressure us in any way. They were very professional. Leticia was great in calling and working with our agent in Prescott Lakes, AZ. to reassure her everything on our end was going to be fine. I even referred one of my clients to them and they were very happy. We are very glad to be out of California and live a much less stressful and happy life. Leticia helped us find our first home in 2012. She was there for us throughout the whole process. Helped us navigate the whole system since it was a probate sale. So this year when we thought of purchasing a new home, there was no better person that we could think of. Leticia helped us find our new home. Times were a bit different due to COVID, but she knew exactly what to do. She helped us sell our 1st home and get into a new home. She was patient throughout the whole process, answered all our random questions. When it came time to fight for us she did. Angela, the client care manager was efficient and responsive throughout the process as well. Buying and selling a home can be difficult but they were with us through the good and the bad. I had an absolutely wonderful experience selling a house with Leticia and her team. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, but I needed to sell my parents' house in the great Los Angeles area, and I didn't have time to travel between these two places. Therefore, I wanted to find a reliable agent who could take care of pretty much everything for me without needing me to be there.

Leticia came highly recommended. I only met with her and Alberto face to face once at the beginning. During that 1 hour meeting, they were warm and kind and left me with a strong impression of professionalism, so I chose them to represent me, which turned out to be an absolutely great decision. My parents’ house needed an extensive list of repairs, and there were two buyers who backed out due to these issues. Leticia and her team were patient and responsive and always kept me close in the loop during the entire process. They helped me find repairmen and contractors, and also helped me negotiate good prices. Eventually, they helped me remotely sell the house at a good price (higher than I had originally expected). I felt so fortunate to have chosen Leticia and Associates and would like to recommend them to everyone.

I know a lot of Realtors. And I mean a lot. When I was looking for an agent to sell my home in Chino, I started asking around. The name that came up again and again was Leticia and Alberto Sotomayor, so I gave them a call. My timing is impeccably bad sometimes, so when I called them they were actually on a vacation out of the country. Nevertheless, Leticia ran some comps for me and sent them to me the next day. When she returned from vacation and we finally got together to discuss selling our home, she came prepared with recent and updated comps, explaining that the market in this area can sometimes change on a frequent basis. She toured our home, and gave us her thoughts on what we should ask for the house and what we would finally end up with. As this is currently a seller's market, she had a strategy in place designed to get us the highest return on our investment. She nailed it all the way! We ended up getting more money than we anticipated, and our household in 2 days after being placed on the market.

We had additional questions and negotiation points thereafter, and Leticia and Alberto were there with us every step of the way. We had offered to include our major appliances with the sale of the home, and noted that they were not included in the original listing, but that was because they held them back for negotiation points, which again, benefited us greatly.

After working with Leticia and Alberto, I would not go to any other real estate agent in this area. They are truly above board, thoughtful, very responsive, and simply the best agents that I've ever worked with. You can trust them!

We recently closed on our first home purchase, and we had engaged Leticia and Team for the process. We were very picky during the search, but Leticia and her team were very patient with us and also were always available to take us see any property we wanted to see. When we decided on the house we wanted, Leticia and Alberto stepped in during the negotiation, and we got our offer accepted in no time even though we offered much less below asking price. The whole process went smooth till closing and the whole Leticia team was prompt and knowledgeable and professional. They even got us a generous credit from the seller towards our closing costs.
