Tisha really made it a breeze to buy my first home. Over the past five or six months, she and I have checked out places and she got a good sense of what I was looking for. When I found "the one," she also knew it immediately. It really felt like I had a partner along the way. She walked me through the seemingly daunting process of ordering inspections, negotiating with the seller on repairs, preparing the paperwork - everything that can be overwhelming was streamlined for me by Tisha.
