Prior to Levon becoming a realtor, he started his career in 2005 as a managing partner of the Mortgage Wholesalers Group. During this venture, he served thousands of clients seeking mortgage services and became a mortgage expert.

He has seen the ups/downs of the real estate market before and after 2008. Prior to Levon becoming a realtor, he had already been buying, selling, investing/flipping, and brokering loans, making him a true well-rounded real estate expert. Throughout the years of Levon’s professional career, he got tired of seeing so many realtors making fake promises, with no experience or knowledge trying to offer advice to families on one of the biggest decisions they must make in their lives.
