The best part about working with her was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding condos that met our and our son's (he will be living at the property) needs than she was on closing a deal. Liana helped my husband and I purchase our first house. This process was so smooth I barely remember it. Liana went above and beyond managing all the elements of the purchase. She helped us find our dream house before it went on the market, she was quick and efficient in helping us get our offer in before anyone else. Our offer was accepted while we were on vacation and we needed to sign docs and fund our escrow account from the road and she made it feel so easy by informing us exactly what, when and how to do what we needed to do. She also had amazing connections that helped in the process as well - for example she found a notary, who also could inform and educate us on the documents we were signing which made us feel very secure. Liana was actually the selling agent in the transaction. Previously, I had thought an 'opposing' agent would be the 'bad guy' in this situation but Liana surprised me. I have used Liana Norman's services twice in the last 20 years. In the late '90s, Liana was our sales agent in selling our San Juan Capistrano home as we were moving out of area. Sale was quick and Liana, a) got our sell price and b) handled all details for us effectively and professionally. In 2009 we contacted Liana to find a home for us in San Juan as we were moving back and down sizing. Liana Norman has been my realtor for eight years. I met her by responding to a color advertisement in the mail.
Liana manages both my rental properties. I did it myself for over 20 years.
Liana composes the rental agreements with signatures start to finish. A layman like myself can and has made costly mistakes when managing real estate.
In 2016 Liana placed me into another rental unit which was the perfect one for me. If you desire perfection like I prefer then go with Liana Norman.
Liana is not stalled out by uncertain economic pattern. Liana still goes forward. Whenever I call her, she either picks up or immediately calls back.
