Libby was the consummate professional throughout our entire process. She came highly recommended from a very respected and successful realtor from our home town and she did not disappoint. Our sale with her was an estate sale after the death of my Mom, and there was a reverse mortgage involved, so there were definitely some potentially thorny issues. Libby managed the sale efficiently and quickly. Her expertise got us the sale price we wanted and the closing was smooth and simple. Another plus is that her husband is a professional photographer and he teamed with Libby to put together photos of the house and the 3-D tour online for the listing. He dropped everything, and was ready at a moment's notice when we decided we wanted to include some drone videography. He even shoveled the back porch so it would stand out better in the photos and videos! The best thing about Libby tho...she almost always immediately replied to my texts (of which there were many), and she almost always answered my calls or quickly replied to my voicemails. She was always there for us, throughout the entire process. Very highly recommended!

The idea of buying a new home at this moment in time is terrifying. The demand is enormous, and the supply is low. The days of writing a cute letter about your family and how you will fill the house with the sound of pitter-pattering feet are gone. No one cares about that anymore. There is no charming old lady reading a letter you wrote while wiping a single tear from her eye, remembering when her children were in diapers.

Everyone said," You want to buy a home?! Buckle up; it will be an awful and long ride. In the end, you will be beaten, unhappy, and in a smaller house that you paid more than you budgeted for."

They were all wrong.

You can't write a letter anymore. You can't win over a family with the life you will give the house, that is true. Instead, you can hire Libby.

I can only compare Libby to Marvel Superheros.

Captain America: wholesome, honest, and passionate. Libby is probably more fun to tour a house with than Chris Evans. But to be fair, I have never toured a home with him.

Iron Man: knowledgeable beyond anyone else in the room. But Iron Man was pompous; Libby was only kind.

The Scarlett Witch: the most powerful human, others will pay attention to her bid. And by others, I mean the sellers.

Dr. Strange: does she control time, or does it just bend it to her will? How else was she able to get everything done in two weeks.

I could keep going, but the Marvel superhero universe is vast, and I think I could draw a parallel to each one with Libby.

Instead, let me say Libby was a fantastic person to work with. She made the whole process so much easier than I expected. We closed on the first house we put an offer in on without going into a bidding war with any other potential buyers. Within hours of placing our offer, Libby had us moving forward in the process. We were under contract in around 24 hours, with a closing scheduled in two weeks.

Libby warned that the next two weeks would be overwhelming and a lot of work. I think somewhere in that statement; she forgot to state that she meant it would be overwhelming and a lot of work for her, not my husband and me. Libby shouldered the work and the stress so my husband and I did not have to. She was thorough and consistent.

I can't express anymore how happy my husband and I are with Libby and the experience of buying a home with her assistance. If I were you, I would stop reading this and email Libby at this moment. Let her help you find a home, listen to her, trust her insight, and try to enjoy the experience. Meanwhile, I will be taking a bubble bath in my dream bathroom!

Libby went above and beyond what we were hoping and expecting from a real estate agent. She was very available, incredibly professional and we felt comfortable with her from day one.
She worked with us through an incredibly tough market over 6 month period.
One of the best things about working with Libby was her openness and honesty. We loved that she would point out concerns using her years of experience. Often times, things that were not obvious to the naked eye or a regular home buyer. She always answered our questions with examples of prior experience and if she did not have an answer she was happy with, she would reach out to experts to make sure we had the most accurate information available. We worked with Libby twice in the past several years (both in buying and selling) and will choose her again and again! Libby is extremely professional and knowledgable (as a Denver native), but what I appreciate the most is that she is driven to get you the outcome you're seeking. When the moment arrives, she will directly provide the guidance you need to make to secure the property, or on the other side, will carefully review multiple offers to find the one best for a profitable and easy close. She was very proactive about identifying new properties that fit my criteria and was agile about scheduling showings.
