My family & I have used Licia for four (4) separate transactions and we couldn't be more pleased! She is very professional (but friendly) and gets results fast! She sold my last home in four days during a pandemic! Licia does whatever it takes to protect her clients regardless of if you are a buyer or a seller (we have been both). I decided to list my home for sale with Licia because she is sincere about getting your house sold.
Licia was there for me during all the phases of the selling process. Anyone who has sold a home knows that there are things to be done to get your home ready to sell. Licia made reasonable suggestions that fit my budget. She went above and beyond to help me get my home ready to sell. Licia is an excellent negotiator. She successfully negotiated a great offer on my home. When the inspection came back, she helped negotiate reasonable remedies for repairs that satisfied the buyer and protected my bottom line.
My home sold quickly and smoothly because Licia knows what she is doing.

Licia is an amazing realtor and person. She truly has a heart for what she does. I did not have a huge budget but I was very specific in what I wanted. Licia was very knowledgeable and always thinking outside the box on how to get it done. She was patient, persistent and supportive through the entire process. If by some chance she didn't know the answer to one of my off the wall questions she would always get back to me promptly. Bottom line, she is awesome and will fight to get her clients what they want!
