Lila Nicolls was our realtor this past summer when buying our first home. We were looking at a home on the street and she approached us asking if we needed help with anything. It was just her being genuine not wanting to make a sale out of us but just wanting to help us and answer any first time home buyer questions. That conversation led to us seeing our dream home later that day and buying it two weeks later. No matter if she was on vacation, in the early morning or late at night she was always available to talk and explain home buying terms to us. She was wonderful and we were so blessed to have stumbled upon her when we were driving around.
