Liliana has all the qualities of an excellent realtor, and she is also a truly caring and trustworthy person. She represented our family in the sale of our home, and she was able to use her knowledge of the Queens realty market to find a buyer fast. Liliana also provided excellent references for additional services that we needed as part of the sale (e.g., repairs, cleaning). Liliana followed up consistently and reliably throughout the process. Liliana really is the whole package! She is very attentive and thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, fair and ethical. You cannot go wrong with her. She will give you excellent advice and be supportive and helpful throughout the entire home buying/selling process. I met Liliana during my home search. She was the seller’s agent. I usually wouldn’t use a seller’s agent as a dual agent, but she is one of the few agents that can be trusted to sincerely negotiate for both sides fairly. It was truly a win-win outcome.
