After thinking we were going to have to adjust our list of desires for our first home, Liliya took us by surprise by finding us a home not only in the perfect location, but that also met every single checkpoint my husband and I had desired in a home.We have since moved in and couldn't be happier with our new home. I worked with another realtor about a year or so before working with Liliya. The experience was incredibly different. She actually listened to what I wanted and then not only showed me what I thought I wanted to see, but things that I didn't even know to ask to see. She handeled the nagotiation with the builder and made sure i got everything i wanted with an amazing deal. In the end she helped me get a house that I love and didn't think was even close to something I could afford. THANK YOU!!
