I started real estate last century in the Rocky Mountains of Montana. During my decades of experience in Montana, Washington and California, I've helped thousands of people successfully navigate the real estate maze.

My Mission is to share my problem solving abilities with people who need and want them.

Experience: owned and operated real estate offices in three states, was a notary in two states and hold an inactive Washington
mortgage brokers license.

During my mortgage career, I specialized in helping people with less than perfect credit get their lives back on track. I use the same process today. Not every seller needs or wants to sell now. Not every buyer is ready and able to purchase a home now.

I want clients for life, not just this one transaction. Although I make money when property transfers, the sale or purchase may not be in my clients best interest AT THIS TIME. Other options may be available to resolve the current problem. The good will creative solutions brings in referrals of friends and relatives more than make up for delayed commissions.

For buyers, I offer advise on the market, locate the perfect property and help them write a successful offer.

For sellers, I make suggestions to maximize their investments, help them sell faster for more money and guide them through the sales process.
