I reached out to Lily when it became clear that my mother-in-law was no longer able to care for herself in her multi-story home, across the country from her family. Lily recently helped us buy our “forever home” and we could not be happier with our experience working with her! She is extremely knowledgeable and personable and truly cares about making sure her clients feel great about their decision. She gave us honest opinions and we never felt pressured to make an offer on a house that was less than perfect. It’s a sellers market so having a trusted agent as a buyer was so important! Lily also connected us with a lender who got us great mortgage product, and when we got nervous that our loan wouldn’t be approved on time, she eased our nerves by communicating with both the lender and the sellers and reassuring us that everything would work out. So it’s been almost a full year since we worked will Ms. Lily. It was around December 2019 BC (before COVID). Then well into it when we finally settled and closed on the home, and everything was in order.
She sent out some basic questions to better understand our needs for a home. After that process, we began the search for a house. Now, mind you. Lily started us off with at least seven different places right out the gate. Man. I was not excepting her to have too many options within our price range. We would not have been able to get the best deals in the market without Lily. Bought 3 houses and sold 2 houses and a condo we flipped in 6 years. We always make a profit and her guidance is key! We loved so many houses but she would always tell her the truth about the property. She gave us so much advice but these are my favorite ones. “Sealing is to low it will be hard to resale” “area is not safe, Id rather you rent at a safe area and than to buy here”” this property is the highest price it will ever be, I do not recommend it”. Told you shes amazing! Truly like working with a friend. When we sale we know we will get top dollar with her. Other agents usually offer a selling price of 20k less than Lily. That’s because she gave us tips for small repairs like painting a room or do small cosmetic repairs that make a difference in the value of the home. Then she stages and gave tips on how to keep everything before a showing. It's always a stress free experience with Lily and her team.
