I have moved many times before and was always disappointed with realtors. Some were slow, others didn’t answer or bothered to explain details. Lina is perfect. Buying my first home was such a daunting next step for me, especially being a sole buyer in my late twenties. I had worked with a realtor previously who told me I wouldn’t find anything I wanted in my price range or desired areas, and after a couple bad showings I was rethinking the whole process. Don't waste your time on the bad realtors.... Colorado real estate market is on fire, but the downside is that it also attracts tons of what I call " people with real estate license" looking for easy money. They are not actual realtors. They just managed to get their license. That is it. They have no experience, no knowledge, no skills, and sometimes there's not even basic common sense. I personally had awful experiences working with some of these so called " real estate agents" with no follow ups, no phone calls returned, no emails answered. With the market the way it is right now there's just too much at stake, you simply can not have a lousy agent make mistakes during negotiation, contract, or closing phase, otherwise you are out of luck. I got very lucky when a friend introduced me to Lina Krylov.
Lina has in depth knowledge of the market and over a decade of experience. She lives and breathes real estate. She has super strong negotiating skills and pretty solid personal investing experience. If you are an investor looking at making lots of $$$$ or a first time home buyer Lina will be an invaluable asset to all your real estate endeavours.
