Lina was a true pleasure to work with. She worked hard to price our home fairly, and worked through negotiations to get us as high of a selling price as possible. Her professionalism and concern throughout the entire process was refreshing. Lina worked hard to make sure our home had maximum exposure, and she shared her wealth of information regarding the area and the market throughout the entire process. Even after the sale was complete, and the closing was done, Lina continued to represent us and guide us through some escrow account details. She worked tirelessly from beginning to end to make sure our sale was smooth and pain free, and I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling in the area. I just hung up the phone with Lina-This makes call number 5 this week and I felt obligated to leave a comment somewhere about my experience with her. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lina for the past year- Flip flopping back and forth between buying and renting. I am not the easiest person to deal with yet she always takes my calls or returns them within a very reasonable amount of time. I called her on Christmas day expecting to leave a message but low and behold-she picked up and answered my question without hesitation. As in demand as she may be, she never makes me feel like I am anything less than her top priority. She is extremely knowledgeable, shows me what I can afford and doesn't try and rush me into anything just to make a profit. She is a true professional! I have many other friends in the real estate industry but always find myself recommending Lina to other friends and family members. Well done Lina-Keep up the excellent work!

I can not put into words how Wonderful and Amazing Lina is!! She worked with us for almost a year, when a short sale fell through the same week she was ready with new homes to show us. Lina Lopes, where do I begin? Hardworking, dedicated, professional, knowledgeable. Lina goes out of her way to get your home sold or to find your dream house. She is always around 7 days a week. She answered every call I made to her. She made time for my wife and I no matter what day it was to answer questions or to see a house. We had to sell to buy. And at first I hired a different agent. My house came no where close to selling. I waited, then tried again. That's where I met Lina. Lina assured me the home would be sold. And she came through. She's dedicated and hardworking to get the job done. I'm closing on my new home this Tuesday and because of Lina we would never have found this house. She's a hard negotiator and she got the price to where it was good for us. Lina knows real estate inside out-from mortgage questions, to what color would you paint this room, any closing questions you may have, or any concerns you may have as to how much you can afford. My husband and I used Lina to help us with a relocation. With this relocation we had a limited time frame to sell our house. Lina had no problem selling our house in the narrow time frame and worked seamlessly with our relocation representative. Our first deal fell through during the contract stage (due to buyer needing to sell another property), and Lina was able to get us another great offer within a few days from that other deal ending. Her years of experience, overall knowledge of real estate, hard work and dedication really helped us get the money we needed from the sale of our house.

We recently sold our house in Bellport. We had been trying to sell our house on and off for 2 years. We used 2 other realtors before choosing Lina. The other realtors lost 3 deals on our house for various reasons. Lina listed our house just before Easter and had it under contract by the middle of May. We closed in the middle of July. I would highley recommend working with Team Lina (Lina & Kate). I would consider myself to be a very demanding client, yet they were able to meet every need. They held multiple showings and made themselves available when I could not be. They negotiated through several offers and were able to get me the best deal on both the sale of my old home and purchase of my new one. In addition, the coordinated an extremely difficult closing in which multiple buyers/sellers were involed and made sure everything went smoothly all the way through. She never pressured us to make a decision or got frustrated when we changed our minds several times. Lina followed us through the entire process. Lina is a professional person that has gone above and beyond what is expected from an agent!!! I know it must have been very frustrating dealing with me being a first time home buyer and having on average 4-6 questions a day. She answered many of my questions within moments, and Like I said there were many of them!! There are many agents out there and I have personally dealt with other in the past but I have never felt as comfortable with one as I do with Lina. We felt as if she was Like family toward the closing days of our deal. She even offered to help us paint some exterior trim that the bank appraisal had required. In the end no matter how stressful and difficult my deal was, she was always able to explain things I did not understand. For that, I highly recommend her!

Let me begin by saying, describing myself as an avid researcher and perfectionist is an extreme understatement. I am an extremely hard working and motivated professional and I expect the same level of work ethic back in return when hiring another professional. I knew the search for the perfect real estate agent would be long and tedious. Lina Lopes was recommended to my husband and I by a close friend. I usually do not take recommendations because I feel people are biased and I prefer to put the leg work into finding the best of the best. I decided to give Lina a call and the rest is history. Prior to becoming our agent she was not a close friend, nor a family member. My husband and I had no affiliation with her. Our house hunting experience could not have been more enjoyable! Lina listens, listens, understands the vision, and listens some more. I definitely met my match as far as work ethic! Lina is hardworking, prompt, efficient, and diligent to say the least. Moving is a stressful time & being senior citizens it was a little more so. Lina is truly a premier agent. That stems first from her character. She is a kind, caring & thoughtful women. As a real estate agent she was on top of everything. She had facts right on hand as soon as we asked her questions. She knew all about the different condo complexes we were interested in. If she had to be at a closing for someone else, she made sure that one of her colleagues would assist us until her arrival.
