Look no further for your real estate broker! Lina was extremely professional, responsive, and friendly. She took care of everything for both my sale and my purchase, going above and beyond in every way imaginable. Even when things got tricky, Lina made us feel comfortable.
She was available to answer my questions no matter the time or how ridiculous they were. :) She was a dream to work with throughout the whole process, and I have no doubt that she is the hardest working real estate broker around. If I ever move again (although I don't plan on it because she found me a beautiful home for a great price) I know who I am calling! Thanks Lina!

Lina is simply amazing. She brings incredible expertise regarding the local area, value of homes, and even potential challenges that you may not notice as a buyer. Lina is a fantastic person and a great realtor. She really cares about her clients. My husband and I were very picky when looking for a home. She never complained or discouraged us from looking at any house. We have two small children and she was always flexible about her schedule to accommodate us, often with last minute notice that we wanted to come see a house. She will always pick up the phone or text you back immediately if you try to get a hold of her. She also was very helpful about what to look for in a well built house. She even came to look at houses with us after she broke her foot and could barely walk! She was able to help us find a great home at a great price. I would recommend her to anyone I know!

We live in VA and were not present when our house was listed for sale. Lina Shah helped to prepare the house. She arranged to have it cleaned, got movers to remove our stuff, supervised the landscaping, etc. She was a huge help and went above and beyond what a real estate agent would normally do. She was sympathetic to our position and helped us every step of the way. She was accessible, knowledgeable and very professional. We believe we made the best decision in listing with Lina.

Lina is an amazing Realtor who worked very hard for our family. When our financing fell through and there was no chance for a sale, Lina went out of her way to ensure we would receive our escrow refund. She personally contacted our attorney and worked with the lender, even though she would not be compensated. Most Realtors would have walked away once their commission was off the table. Lina is different -- she wanted to take care of us. If we ever decide to move in the future, there is only one Realtor we will use. Thank you, Lina!

We bought our home 3 years ago with Lina’s assistance and the process was wonderful! Not only is Lina professional, patient, and in tune with her clients’ needs, but she makes herself available on evenings and weekends which really helped expedite our search for a home given our work schedules. She knows the Oak Brook/Hinsdale area very well. Lina helped me into a rental when my apartment lease was expiring. The home worked out well, but the homeowner wanted to sell the property or drastically raise the rent to cover his mortgage. Lina worked even harder to get the homeowner a suitable renter and get my family out of the unfair and uncomfortable situation. Lina cares about people and is an exceptional person to work with!
