I have used Linda on 5 real estate transactions on both the buying and selling side. Besides being an excellent realtor in all aspects of the process, the biggest attribute Linda has to the profession is trust. I completely trust that Linda will do the right and moral approach over getting a paycheck. In this day and age I find these qualities rare and am so grateful to have Linda as our realtor.

Most agents sell 5 houses a year.Linda sold 5 houses in January. She has the highest integrity, and holds everyone accountable from the other agent to the mortgage broker and inspector to her high standards of quality. I have recommended Linda to four friends who raved about her and her dedication to go above and beyond in service to her clients. Even after closing, Linda remains a resource to give recommendations for referrals on everything from home improvements to estate planning.

12/07/2011 - jfalasco Bought a home in 2011 in Gulph Mills, King of Prussia, PA 19406. Since this was our first home purchase, our knowledge of the process was limited. Linda provided such a wealth of expertise and wisdom, we felt like pros. She took time to get a sense of what we were looking for in our new home and then began showing us options that fit our ideal and also our budget. Throughout our search, Linda was right there to provide information and details that helped us find the perfect home. We were so pleased with our experience, we recommended Linda to my parents who were trying relocate down south. Linda sold their home when no one else in their development was able to sell. It was truly amazing!

03/07/2012 - user43409 Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Jeffersonville, PA. I could not have been more thankful to find Linda Allebach for a Realtor. My father had recently passed and I needed to sell our family home to pay for nursing care for my mother. Linda took on EVERY necessary task needed to sell our house: hiring handymen, electricians, coordinating inspections, meeting movers, the list goes on. I would have never been able to complete all the required work on my own and I am confident we would not have sold our house at the listed price without Linda. She knows the area, the schools and any other details potential buyers asked our house and surrounding neighborhood. It was on the market for a year and a half, and I ended up needing to sell it short. We had a cash buyer who was willing to pay the asking price, but the bank was not cooperating. Linda helped me through this frustrating situation, staying calm and giving me good advice. When the bank finally agreed to the sale, Linda had four business days to pull everything together, and we settled on the last business day of the year. I am so thankful for her help, and would recommend her to anyone who is selling their home.
