Linda at Coldwell Banker is absolutely the best! She is knowledgeable and diligent about finding a property that had the qualities that we wanted. She never pressured us to settle, instead encouraging us to keep searching for something we loved. She was quick to respond to the million questions that we had, being new to the state, and always nice and professional. I truly believe that we would not have found and bought our dream home if we had worked with a different realtor. She understood that we were not just buying a house; we were buying a home for our family to grow up in. She was there every step of the way providing professional advice and guidance and reassuring us in this very difficult seller’s market that we would eventually find the perfect home for our family. Linda not only helped us find a home, she helped us find a home in a new state. This is not an easy task, especially when we knew nothing of our new home state of Connecticut. Linda pointed us in the direction in which to find info to help us make our decision. She was always available throughout the entire process, and more than willing to show us homes as soon as they could be scheduled. We felt like she was always by our side and didn’t lose sight of our best interest. Her calm demeanor and extreme patience are beyond valuable to all parties involved in this process. Linda is a highly recommended real estate professional.

Linda always answers my calls and quickly responds to messages. When I have specific questions concerning a property she throughly researches to get the most current information. Linda is prompt to arrive at scheduled appointments. She is aware of the clients goals and is knowledgeable, very patient and always willing to share her helpful insights. Selecting Linda to help me with my real estate needs was the best decision I could’ve made. Linda is a consummate professional!
