Mrs. Linda was my realtor in Dec 2021/Jan 2022. I was purchasing my first home and was very nervous about the whole process. She was very patient, very knowledgeable & was ALWAYS just a phone call away to answer any of my questions &/or address any of my concerns. My entire home buying process, from the day I looked at the house to the day I closed, was exactly 6 weeks and 1 day. Linda stayed on the contractor about what needed to be fixed and she made frequent visits to the house to give me updates due to my busy work schedule. She was constantly in contact with me. Even after the home purchase, she came out to the house with a ladder to put in a new bulb on the front porch, offered to sit with my daughters should anyone have to come over for insurance things. Mrs. Linda got the seller to put in a brand new dishwasher the day of closing as well as having the overgrown bushes removed from the front of the house after closing! Both of those saved me a load of money! I couldn't have asked for a better agent nor a better experience with my first purchase.

If you are in the market for a home, I HIGHLY recommend Mrs. Linda Alvarado. 5 stars is just not enough! Thank you, Mrs. Linda!!!

Linda found my new home in Enterprise. I won't bore you with the details, but getting me into a home was hard work. Tireless effort and always with a positive attitude, she never tried to push me. Rather, she listened and responded with property leads that fit the profile of what I was looking for until I made a decision on a great home that met all my requirements on price, features, and amenities. And she did all the above in record time! I might add her professional demeanor minimized greatly the stress of finding a place that should be my last move.
