Linda and her team worked with us over two years as we decided where to buy and in selling our home in Almaden. She was patient as we were unsure on where we wanted to move to, ready to show us options while not pressing us to make decisions until we were ready. She also helped assess what we needed to do to improve our prospects in selling our home in Almaden. Linda Baker helped us to buy our home, 9 years ago. During that process, we also needed a lot of work done and Linda's extensive connections helped make everything so smooth. When it came time to sell our house, we didn't call anyone other than Linda. She helped us get our home ready for sale with ease. During both experiences all paperwork, complex negotiation, was done without any hassle or stress. Everything was so smooth! I just closed an escrow with Linda Baker at Milestone Realty and it was a stellar experience from start to finish. From our first phone call, to the "we are on record", Linda was hand's on, and fully engaged in the process. She represented the seller's interest while also ensuring that the buyer's needs and concerns were being met. I am so very impressed by how smooth the entire process was and this was a complex case! Linda and Matt went out of their way to help us find the perfect home. What an amazing experience! They always responded promptly to the many questions and requests we had and often helped us with providing recommendations that went far beyond the actual purchase of the house. They also helped us sell our previous home within basically a week. They priced it just right and were always very professional yet extremely friendly.
