Linda's name was associated with an add on a home sell web. I sent her a request for info and she promptly replied and made herself available even in weekend touring homes. It pays off as I found a condo in a good price range in a quiet suburb, Highly professional lady, Linda understands all the contours associated with home sell. I was a first-time home buyer with no knowledge of the process and terminology involved in purchasing a home. Linda's expertise allowed me to quickly understand the home buying process, and her experience gave me a complete peace of mind. She took the time to understand my needs and wants in a home, and was available promptly to provide showings on the very day I would request. I found communicating with her to be very easy, and she is very quick to reply - a very important trait to have in a real estate professional! It wasn't long into the home search that we found what I was looking for, both in the price range and location I was comfortable with. I made my offer, and Linda's negotiating skills helped steer it towards the seller accepting my offer! Of course, after acceptance, there is so much that still needs to be done (home inspection, appraisal, final walk through, etc.). Linda was there at every step, making sure each task was completed correctly, and that I was comfortable with the results. I am very satisfied with the results of my home search, and am looking forward to working with Linda again when it is time for me to upgrade. Taosif Alam

We recently purchased a home and Linda was our agent. She was great to work with! We ended up finding a house outside the area she normally works in and she was very accommodating, reaching out to others who were more familiar with the area when needed to ensure we had all the relevant information. Our experience was a little unconventional given several issues that arose with the home/property itself along the way, and Linda kept us in the loop and up to date throughout the long and winding process, immediately passing messages along from the listing agent when she got them, and investigating issues herself when relevant. She was extremely responsive and was always just a call or text away. We didn't know much about the home buying process, so she was great about explaining everything to us, answering our many questions, and making sure we understood all our options along the way. She also helped connect us to a great lender, which was helpful given our lack of connections in this area. Overall, she was very knowledgeable, transparent, and professional.
