Licensed in 1981 as a CA Salesperson Licensee, I represented New Home projects in the Sacramento area with awards from the BIA on 3 different occasions. Recruited to become a Corporate RE Broker with American Savings & Loan, Stockton & Irvine, responsible for selling REO properties in the Western US. I sold over 500+ properties. With the S & L crisis over, I again moved into New Homes sales and resale homes in the Palm Springs area, later joining Marriott Vacation Ownership in Palm Desert and Tahoe in Vacation Ownership sales. Having moved from the Tahoe area to Calaveras County, CA, in 2017, I missed the adventure of selling & finding the perfect home for RE purchasers!! I have represented Copper Valley Properties, Copperopolis, in their new home subdivision, Quail Creek, and resale homes in Copperopolis and Calaveras County, since 2022. My other interests are skiing ( ex ski racer and instructor), hiking, and traveling (Northwest Airlines flight attendant-retired).
