Before I met Linda, I'd never had a positive experience with a realtor. She was kind, patient, prompt, and professional. Of course, I had a ton of questions every step of the way and she didn't even flinch. If she didn't know the answer, she would have it for me within hours. Linda was absolutely wonderful. She was very patient with my husband and I as we bought our first home and was very knowledgeable. Linda recently helped us sell that house and although we had issues with buyers, she was diligent in getting it all taken care of in a timely manner. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor or experience. Highly recommend her!

My mother sold her house during a very stressful time in her life, and Linda Coy was extremely patient with her. Not only did my mother sell her house quickly, but Linda found her the cutest townhome. She negotiated with both the buyers and sellers so that my mom was able to make this transition with as little stress as possible. She was always available to answer questions in regards to the real estate process. I appreciate her dedication and professionalism and would highly recommend her.

Linda has been my realtor through the process of buying my first home, selling it, and buying a second home. She's the best in the business! She listens carefully to what her clients want or are looking for, and guides them accordingly. That was extremely important to me through both home purchases. She never pressures her clients, and is always extremely open and honest when answering questions. She is also extremely patient in explaining any situation. Her constant calm greatly helped me through the stressful aspects of buying and selling a home. She made it all so straight-forward and efficient! Her attention to detail is greatly reassuring. She is able to keep track of so many details throughout the process; that gave me confidence that I had someone on my team as we negotiated with both a buyer and a seller. In negotiations, she always kept me apprised of what was going on with the other agents. I think her ability to empathize, listen, and find mutually beneficial solutions has led to her great success in a business full of a wide range of personalities. When Linda is your realtor, she's your champion from start to finish.

Linda Coy's experience is known to set professional standard, while she first cares to understand better our needs. She found the perfect home, then she proceed to market the property for sale, making sure she showed that home in its best light. Provides useful feedback following each and every viewing. Communication was excellent, via txt or call at any time of the day, not just working hours. She's there to support and guide, help with any doubts to successfully move in the new home. Going through an on going purchase for the new home, while finding a buyer can be stressful time, but Linda can make it happen. Truly helpful to make the best decisions and go through smooth process in both transactions when you have a realtor that has everything under control as she does.

Linda Coy is a wonderful realtor. She was extremely honest with my wife and I when we went out to Albuquerque, NM searching for a house to relocate to from NYC. She was blunt about the histories of the houses she showed us and whether or not they were worth the purchase. We have gotten great vibes from her both as a professional and all around person. Although we have not yet found the property that we want to purchase, she has continued to show us properties online since we came back to NYC and has been nothing short of pleasant to deal with.

Linda is probably the BEST real estate agent I have ever come to know. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in what she does, but Linda is also trustworthy which isn't an easy thing to come by especially when it comes to buying a house. Leon and I were looking for houses in New Mexico, and Linda jumped right in to help us. While we still continue to look for a house so that we can buy one in the future and live in New Mexico, a place I have dreamed of living in for a very long time, we still look at all the house Linda sends up. Linda is passionate about her career which makes Linda very useful, especially when it comes to buying a house. I will always consider her my real estate agent. She has never short changed us or small talked us. Linda has always told us the truth and deserves respect for it as she has shown us nothing but the utmost respect. Linda represents what all real estate agents should be.
