We highly recommend Linda Defelippo, and have worked with Linda on several real estate deals, as sellers and buyers . Each transaction was different emotionally and logistically but Linda was able to navigate us through the process expertly each and every time. Linda is our go to Real Estate Agent because she is honest , trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable and experienced, she is an excellent communicator, and gets things done. The best thing about Linda is that she is authentic, and handles people with care and understanding.

Linda is amazing! We were looking for a very unique home and we were not sure we’d find it in this market. Linda didn’t stop until we did. She was fun to work with, too! What can I say beyond the 5 star review? Well, the process of finding a home was rough until we met Linda! She was so incredibly knowledgeable when it came to our search in Rockland county. After spending over a year looking without her, we found our house within a week with her thanks to her expertise. I'd recommend her services to anyone and everyone. Even after closing she's still as amazing and helpful as she was during the buying process!

We started working with Linda in 2018 in order to get our house ready for sale. On just a promise of our business she made multiple visits over time, discussing the market with us and giving us honest advice on how a sale would go if we were ready to list at that time. When it came time to sell she helped us stage our home for pictures and buyer visits and she did a terrific job (we did not have a clue). Friends of ours watched the walkthrough video and complemented the staging. Linda knows her business and I believe is not afraid to tell you the truth whether you are going to underprice or overprice. Linda was completely involved in every aspect of the sale of our house, from the initial listing to the final closing, She assisted us in navigating through the possible pitfalls which sellers often encounter. Linda constantly kept in communication with us, suggesting ideas to help make our house more attractive to potential buyers and advising us constantly of the results of all related activity. Additionally, Linda is a tough no nonsense negotiator. Her negotiating skills facilitated the securing of an excellent purchase price for our home while she reduced the stress of the negotiating process.
