When it was time to sell our house, I made it a point that we would not sell for less than a predetermined amount which was aggressive to say the least, and at the same time found a new home that we wanted a great deal on, and not pay asking. Linda reviewed my house, made all the right recommendations, which we did, and our house was under contract in the first week listed, and we sold above my predetermined amount. While all that was going on she was negotiating price at our new home, working out all the details and organizing all the must dos, to allow me to close on my new property at the same time we closed on our old. It's amazing that anyone can juggle so many moving parts and actually end up exactly where she planned! Stressful? Yes!, But Linda always gave me a sense of confidence that she had everything in order, and in the end everything fell into place. Thank you

I have been working with Linda since I started at Keller Williams and I can’t express how helpful and knowledgable she is. Anytime I have a question, concern, or just need to talk through something, Linda always makes time to address my needs or will find a way to address my needs if needed in a timely manner. I appreciate how she checks in on me to see how everything is going with my clients, and how she always makes a point to ask me how I am personally doing, which goes a long way for me to know that she is not only there for me as a productivity coach, but also cares about my well being. She more often than not has an answer for me when I’m stuck or frustrated and always knows what to say to pick me up when I feel defeated. We were looking for a house in the Pittsburgh area, but we had some issues: we lived 4 hours away and it’s during covid. A friend referred us to Linda so we figured why not reach out and see what happens. We are so thankful we did! We knew right off the bat that she was the perfect match for us. She actually went to houses from our list for us during the week and FaceTimed us to go through everything and provide her initial thoughts. Her professional eye was fantastic, but what set her apart was her ability to joke with us like we were old friends. We went out the weekend after and went through a bunch of houses and ultimately found ours. Linda was so helpful with the process and continued her support through every step. She often was helping us early in the morning and late at night. We could absolutely count on her to get our questions answered and concerns addressed. I had a wonderful experience working with Linda and her team. This was the first time I was selling a home and they were amazing! Linda came to our home and told us some minor work that could be done by myself to bring our dated home up to speed and improve the asking price. Upon taking her advice she came back to our home loaded with information about the process, the comps for the local area and so much more needed information. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. I knew I had made the correct choice in hiring her and her team. She worked great with my schedule also.
