Linda Fleetwood has lived in the Metro Atlanta area for over 27 years and in Cartersville, GA for over 9 years. Linda has over 16 years of sales experience and is highly respected in the communities she serves.

Her real estate history remains spotless, a record she attributes to always placing her client's interests ahead of her own, providing attentive one-on-one service, and knowing the contracts and procedures extremely well. Her clients have consistently sold their homes for more money and in less time. She continues to set records in multiple areas because of her proven approach that prepares her clients for successful home sales. Linda pays for professional staging and professional photography for each of her listings.

Linda's passion for real estate has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember. She received a degree from The University of Alabama in Real Estate Finance and absolutely loves this industry. Linda's real estate transactions include residential, commercial, and land.

Linda is an active member of the community and is currently a member of the Cartersville Service League and Sam Jones United Methodist Church.

Linda is happily married to her husband and together they have two children and two dogs. She loves to laugh and enjoys reading delightful books.
