Linda sold a home in Springfield when my parents went into senior care, and she priced it well and we sold it for over asking. She hung in with good cheer through a number of legal delays, and was extremely resourceful in personally addressing small house repairs herself post-inspection. She kept in touch and was professional and a great team player. Can't recommend her enough.
