Linda Heinrichs is extremely professional, thorough and effective. I first worked with Linda in 2021 when my daughter was looking for her first home during a very competitive real estate market. Homes were receiving multiple offers over list price the day they went on the market. Linda skillfully positioned my daughter's offer and counteroffers to be the one that was accepted after a brutal bidding war. Two years later Linda helped me sell my home and her advice helped land a contract $30K over list in a matter of days. At the same time Linda helped my son and I find and purchase another great home and she called on her many contacts to complete all the needed repairs under a tight timeline. Less than a year later I called on Linda once again to help me find another property and she did an amazing job despite all the challenges we faced. At every step in each of those transactions Linda was on top of everything and quick to get things done no matter how busy she was and she is always busy because so many people turn to her for their real estate needs. My husband and I bought our first home in the Portland area and we cannot be happier that we had Linda as our relator. With the current craziness of the housing market and with buying for the first time I cannot imagine going through the process without her helpful guidance. There are four big things that struck me about Linda. First she was available. She would text back right away and email us back quickly with thorough/detailed answers often late into the night (and we had LOTS of questions). Second she was caring. When we didn't understand something or wanted to talk the pros/cons of options out she would spend as long as was needed talking to us on the phone with patience and understanding. She was never pushy - she made sure we were comfortable with our decisions while also giving us her expert advice. This goes into the third and probably favorite thing about having Linda as our relator - trustworthiness. Linda always had our best interest at hearts and in this industry and when trying to find a home (the biggest purchase you make as a young couple) its so important to trust who you are working with. I felt comforted by knowing she put our interest first, always. And fourth Linda is very very experienced. And that shows. She knows other agents, understands the markets, etc. This cannot be understated and brought a ton of value when we were putting bids.
We ended up finding a home we are so happy with and cannot be more thankful we had Linda as our relator.
Highly recommend.

update 4 months late:
I wanted to add to my review and say how happy we continue to be with the home. We still keep in touch with Linda every few months with updates and she is still a resource we use for any house related questions. Would recommend her to anyone I know looking for a home!

Linda was a great Realtor to work with. She was certianly very busy, but always made time to get us into houses and even took our family to view homes when we were searching remotely. She understood our needs and preferences very quickly and didn't waste our time with properties that wouldn't work for us, but still made sure to push us outside of our comfort zone or thinking of our preference to ensure we got a full perspective of the options. We have used Linda a couple times in the past and she's always been stellar. She provides excellent service and was there for us every step of the way. When it came time to sell our Tigard home and move to California on short notice we knew Linda was the realtor we wanted to sell our house. This time around was a real test of her commitment to her clients as we were going to be selling our house from afar and she took on a lot of the heavy lifting.

From day one this was no easy undertaking as mother nature and other external forces were not on our side. Once we left Portland our house fell victim to some epic rain fall that extensively damaged one of lower bedrooms – which coincidently happened the day before our first open house. That coupled with a deck that needed to be thoroughly repaired, and a faulty refrigerator part that leaked water all over our hardwood floors required a lot of attention and juggling. Coordinating with damage mitigation companies, multiple tradespeople, the insurance company, and the varying time constraints they all had is a lot for anyone to handle. Don’t forget she is also assisting her other clients at the same time, I’m not sure how she finds the time.

Due to the extensive repairs the sale took longer than we wanted but we still sold the house for over asking price. Linda is a great person and an outstanding realtor to have on your side. We couldn’t recommend her enough.

My husband and I were relatively new to the Portland/Beaverton area and were first time home buyers. We could not have done this without Linda!

Linda was able to walk us through the home-buying process step-by-step. She was incredibly patient with all of our questions and incredibly thorough in her explanations. I never once felt like Linda was trying to push us into buying a house. If anything, Linda was incredibly honest with us during any open houses and walk throughs. She would point out the good but also take time to highlight things to watch out for or to be cognizant of when considering each home.

She really wants to help you through the process of finding the right home for you and your needs. She took time to get to know us and really listened to what we did or did not like in a house.

One thing I really loved is her responsiveness. I know we were not the only people she was working with. That being said, she always made time for any of our questions or concerns. She is incredibly organized and has a great team. We were able to get most of the paperwork signed electronically which is amazing!

We honestly could not have asked for a better realtor. I know the process would not have been as stress free and streamlined if it were not for Linda.

With Linda's help and guidance we were able to successfully purchase our first home with incredible efficiency and ease.

Linda is an excellent broker. We enlisted her expertise in selling our house in 2014 and buying a new house. With the help of her team we were able to stage our house well which made the selling process a success. The house was sold in 4 days and everything went very smoothly with all of Linda's knowledge.
