Linda helped me buy my first home and I had such a great experience working with her. She went above and beyond what I would expect of a real estate agent. Linda had answers for everything and connected me with a great loan officer, inspector and insurance agent in the area, making my experience a lot less stressful. I loved working with and getting to know Linda and would highly reccomend her to anyone looking for a great agent.

Linda has restored my faith in realtors. In preparing to sell our house we immediately felt confident in her knowledge of the local area, the unique market timing (COVID but still buzzing) and in her marketing strategies. Flash forward many weeks to our actual listing (timing preferred by us) and Linda had everything ready to go -- she was responsive and organized with what was needed: photos, staging our own furniture, feedback on renovations. We sold the weekend we listed and then closing items came -- the inspection sailed through because of Linda's pre-inspection recommendation. The pre-inspection was with Linda's recommended home inspector who was very well known and highly respected in the area. Of course, by then we knew not to worry about closing parties (titling) and went with Linda's recommendations -- she has the knowledge, the network, the drive and personality to get it done (and make it an enjoyable experience). I wish we didn't move out of state so all of our future transactions could be with Linda!
