Linda's knowledge and advice to clients are backed by 21 years of hands-on experience in just about every aspect of real estate. She has built spec homes, renovated houses (gutted and rebuilt), bought, and sold investment real estate, owned, and managed her own rental homes, and leased commercial property (including managing buildouts).

The company has a large clientele based out of state and outside of the country, so she is quite often the "trusted eyes" for remote clients making new investment purchases. She often manages repair or remodel projects (working with insurance claims when necessary) on behalf of owners. When it comes to managing budgets and making a profit on investment, Linda gets it.
