More often known as "Kay", is the owner and principal broker. She is a former school teacher who has lived in Lana`i for 50 years. Kay's husband, Roy, is a retired fireman who was born and raised in Lana`i. Kay is very active in community affairs. Currently, she is president of the Lanai Community Association, an organization that supports youth activities on the island, as well as other worthwhile projects. Their three children were born and schooled in Lana`i. After high school, all left home to go to college and start careers in other states.
