About Linda

With 25 years of experience in real estate, she has had the immense pleasure of partnering with amazing people from around the world. It is a great honor, and she is humbled and grateful.
She enjoys helping people navigate the process of selling and purchasing real estate in an organic and professional manner. It starts with listening. What is your dream? What are your goals? If you could paint a picture what would it look like? She believes in an honest, nurturing approach: listening, collaborating, and building a team to support you in making well-prepared and informed decisions.
Sometimes it starts with a thought which turns into a dream. She helps in cultivating and nurturing those ideas and dreams. She is a professional analytical person and enjoys the challenge of encouraging a thoughtful dialogue throughout the process. No question is too silly. You can expect a commitment to honesty and professional integrity with a genuine concern for her client's best interest when partnering together.
Growing up on an Iowa farm as the oldest of many children, negotiating became her specialty at an early age. She is grateful for her upbringing and the lessons she is carried to her own children in understanding the value of work ethic, kindness, empathy, loyalty, a responsibility to her local community, and beyond. They love their community and believe in buying local and supporting their local farmers and the local COOP. Farming and the love of the land is in her bones. She has a great appreciation for the earth and learned from her father how to look at the lay of the land in a forward-thinking way. This is a gift for which she is grateful. She has an extensive background in renovations, remodeling, and has a great appreciation for reclaimed materials and their history.
Her family arrived 17 years ago to the Upper Valley knowing no one. A neighbor stopped over to wish them hello and said, "You may not know it now, but you just bought a slice of heaven!" She could not agree more! The Upper Valley is her home and the Dartmouth community welcoming. She often refers to the Upper Valley as a "melting pot"- people from around the world who has found this special little place on earth to call home. It offers mountains to hike, bike, and ski, clean water to drink, swim, kayak, and canoe, streams, and waterfalls to follow, and a sense of community. The seasons are stunning and the natural beauty rich and breathtaking. They enjoy the great art at The HOOD, lectures and great film at Dartmouth College, art and continuing education with Dartmouth College Osher, cooking classes at the COOP, AVA Gallery, Opera North, Northern Stage, King Arthur, Dan and Whit's General Store, the local farmer's markets, and many other great offerings. Their villages are welcoming and stunningly quintessential in their beauty.
