Linda Nova brings her real estate clients a vow of honesty, sense of kindness, air of professionalism, and designer’s eye for possibility in a living space. Raised in a real estate family in Texas, she spent much of her childhood exploring properties, which instilled a natural passion.
Linda’s aesthetic vision blossomed further in the world of fashion advertising where she spent 20 years as a stylist and art director. Her collaboration with interior set designers for ad campaigns is complemented by her personal experience renovating her own home. With her producer mindset, Linda is a natural creative thinker, problem solver and solutions provider. After a successful service-driven career that enabled her to travel the globe for such high-profile clients as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s and others, she chose real estate to help clients secure their dream home. “I love the potential in a space and discovering how it can fit into someone's lifestyle.” Whether staging a home to sell or imagining how a buyer will live, Linda’s expertise and attention to detail is a valued asset. Hailing from Austin, Texas, Linda graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design and Marketing. She splits her time between NYC and Upstate and happily works with clients in both markets. “I fell in love with the Catskills and the Hudson Valley since I began visiting on weekends 15+ years ago and enjoy sharing everything I’ve discovered.” She spends her free time cooking, hiking and skiing with her family and going on long drives to find new farm stands, restaurants and pop up markets to explore.
