Linda joined The Company in 2013 with over nine years of real estate experience as well as an intimate knowledge of the Savannah, Tybee, and Landings real estate market. She was recognized as a member of the Distinguished Sales Society in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. In addition, Linda received the “Distressed Properties Professional Designation” from the Georgia School of Real Estate in June 2010. Linda is proud to have earned The Landings Sales Executive of the Year Award in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019! She is currently working towards her GRI certification (The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) and is committed to providing the highest level of professional services to her clients.
Ms. Novack moved to Savannah from New York in 1989 with her husband, Steve, who is Medical Director of the Savannah Rehabilitation Hospital at Memorial University Medical Center. Upon arriving in Savannah, they fell in love with Skidaway Island and chose to settle at The Landings. Their three sons, Adam, Evan, and Craig loved spending their childhood in a community where they could ride their bikes and meet up with their friends to enjoy all the activities The Landings has to offer.
