Linda took her career to the next level in 2006 by becoming a real estate broker. Its obvious that her clients appreciate her dedication and knowledge of the local and legal aspects of contracts and her strong ability to negotiate for them which is critical not only in today’s challenging market but in every market. Linda was a top producer at Coldwell Banker and after the death of the company’s owner/broker Linda stepped in and took over as Coldwell Banker Mammoth Real Estates managing broker and Vice President. Although completely suited and groomed to lead this number one real estate office, Linda missed working with Buyers and Sellers one on one and resigned her position to get back to what she really loves - helping people achieve their real estate goals. Whether it is buying your vacation home or providing solutions to sellers in distressed situations, Linda is a fully capable, full time agent.

In 2013, Together with her husband Jeff Pasley, Linda created her own brokerage, Mammoth Realty Team, Inc., applying her many years of sales and management experience to create a full time team of real estate professionals with the experience, knowledge, compassion and ethics to provide clients with the exceptional service they deserve- Every time!
