Linda exceeded all expectations that my wife and I had going into the home buying process. Unlike many other agents nowadays, Linda was patient with us - she listened to what we said and never took anything personally if we didn’t like a particular showing. She always gave her honest opinion and undoubtedly had our best interests in mind. Linda is a true professional, a veteran in the industry, and most importantly a great person to work with. I cannot recommend her enough. After a long search, we were able to find a wonderful home for ourselves and our newborn son.

After Linda did such a wonderful job helping our daughter and son-in-law purchase their dream home in New City, NY, we had to ask Linda to help us find a home in NY as well. Working with Linda was so easy considering we were moving from NJ to NY. She communicated clearly and honestly throughout the entire process. Linda helped us find our new home in Pearl River, NY rather quickly. We couldn’t be happier living closer to family as well as selecting Linda as our agent. After the sale, Linda visited our apartment and brought a “welcome home” plant as a housewarming present. She is not only a respected real estate agent, she has become a family friend.

Linda repeatedly went above and beyond to sell our house. If a problem crops up, Linda knows how to fix it, and knows someone who can fix it. She was extremely helpful since we live out of state, taking care of odds and ends that we couldn't do remotely. Moreover, she was incredibly kind and easy to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Thank you Linda Perry! We had almost given up hope of getting a fair price for our house in Wurtsboro. After dealing with several Agents more interested in a quick sale and fast turn-around, than the requests of their client. Then we met Linda Perry. She turned a complicated situation into a challenge. Linda made frequent trips to the Village, realized the potential of the property and had several buyers interested.
We not only sold the property for more than we initially expected; but also made a good friend. If Real Estate Agents were Olympic Athletes, Linda Perry would be a Gold Medalist.

Linda Perry has amazed me! She seems to know my needs almost before I do. Months before our move I decided to have a moving sale to clean out almost 50 years of life. Linda was there and ready to set up at 9 am without being asked. When I needed help, she had names and numbers for a handy man and a cleaning lady - both had done work for her so I knew they were the people to call. When we were ready to move, Linda had the places we told her we'd like to live ready for us to call the movers! It seems as if Linda reads my mind and knows our wants and needs before we do. If you need a real estate agent, Linda Perry is the only one you'll ever need to call.
