About Linda

I am a long-term resident of the Grand Strand, moving here from Charlotte, NC in 1988. I’ve been living here 37 years and haven’t moved more than a mile from our first home. Phillips Realty opened in 2000 and December 2025 will mark our 25th incredible year. These years in real estate have been quite an experience! Phillips Realty has provided services to clients from Eastern Europe to Taiwan, Panama, Venezuela, and every U.S. time zone.
