Linda Pinkham

Linda began her career in real estate during the early 1970s, when the field was in its infancy in Mt. Washington Valley. She is the Valley’s most experienced woman Realtor. Known for her encyclopedic knowledge of real estate, its principles, and practices, she loves to share this knowledge. She may not know every property in Mt. Washington Valley, but comes close, having sold some houses not just once but sometimes two or three times over the years. She has welcomed a number of currently practicing real estate brokers to the Valley, selling them their first home here. Linda is delighted to consult with anyone who has questions about real estate or would just like to talk about it. She is a great listener who enjoys filling the needs of buyers or sellers and making the process easy and fun.

With degrees in Fine Arts, Linda’s first love was show business. As an actress, singer, director, and producer, she worked with theatre companies in New York and New England. She ran and financed the Mt. Washington Valley Theatre Company here in North Conway for 31 years. Linda’s accomplishments have not gone unnoticed. She was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the New Hampshire Theatre Awards and was named a Valley Treasure by the Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce. All this self-aggrandizement embarrasses her!
