Linda was great to work with. She kept me up to date with showings and brought forward her thoughts on what she thought should be done in order to sell the house. The sale was complicated due to the house being owned by the City and having to deal with committees. But Linda kept on point and made sure all details were laid out and executed in a timely manner.

This will be our 3rd transaction with Linda. She’s helped us buy twice and now is helping us sell. Linda is not just our realtor she has become a genuine friend of our family over the years. She’s very intelligent, skilled at negotiating and knows the business very well but most importantly she puts the human touch into the transaction that is so often lost in this industry lately. I used to get saddened when the deal was done because it meant less talk time with Linda. But now I can call her friend. You won’t regret working with her. She’s one of a kind.

Linda has been helping us find our first home. She is so kind and responds quickly. I feel like she has our best interest at heart and it's not all about the commission to her. She really does want to turn our dream into an address. I'm very glad that we landed upon her.
