My history of community service includes membership in the Newberry County Chamber of Commerce, the Newberry Business Alliance, and the local YMCA. I am a big supporter of the Jaycees and held many offices in that organization and hold a Lifetime Senatorship in that organization. In the past I have also served as a local board Member of Sistercare, a board member with the Girl Scouts of South Carolina Mountains to the Midlands, a board member of the South Carolina Lupus Foundation as well as being a former SC Board member of the South Carolina Chapter of the March of Dimes.
I am a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina and Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.
