About Linda

I attained my real estate license in 2001 and since then I have had great satisfaction in helping people find the right home that makes them happy. I was the recipient of the Ohio association of Realtor's President's Sales Club "Executive Club Award) in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 as well as "Award of Achievement" for several years. I was the co-founder of the Ohio Performing Arts Institutes and their Executive Director for three years. Prior to going into the real estate business I was employed by the Kissell Mortgage Co. for 25yrs. in Springfield Oh. I have served Clark, Champaign, Madison, Ross and Pike Counties since I became a realtor in 2001.

My name is Donna DeHart. My mother used Linda to help sale her house. Linda was very patient with my mother. We just lost my father due to covid and it was extremely stressful and then to have to sale her house. Linda called and checked on my mom daily and came to see her. She was very understanding when my mom had some melt downs. Since we have closed on the house her job has not stopped there. She still has contacted us to see how we're doing and if there is anything she can do to help us. I would recommend Linda just for her personal touch alone. Her professionalism was wonderful. She took care of everything and told my Mom not to worry about anything that's what she was there for.

Linda helped us navigate a very aggressive sellers market. She offered good advice on making our offers more enticing. She also was very knowledgable about the VA loan process and worked hard to advocate for us. We wouldn't have been able to buy a house without her help.
