Linda Tolley

Linda's back ground in real estate began with her family. Her grandfather was a real estate broker and developer. Her grandmother was an escrow officer and her mother was a mortgage broker. You could say she was destined to be in this industry.

Linda has been a licensed real estate agent since 1979. She began her career in the Sierra Nevada foothills of Northern California specializing in rural land and home sales. It was there that Linda gained experience in home construction and the development of properties for clients.

Building upon her knowledge of construction, Linda worked in new home sales as a marketing specialist representing several large home builders in the San Francisco Bay Area. She was a member of the Sales and Marketing Council of the BIA and won numerous awards for top sales achievements.

Linda had a very rewarding and successful real estate sales career until 1986 when she was recruited by a local bank to become a mortgage loan officer. She became one of the top producing loan originators in my area for the next 11 years. In 1997 she moved to Hawaii and opened her own mortgage brokerage in Maui where she lived for the next 12 years. Linda enjoyed her experiences helping people achieve their real estate ownership dreams as a mortgage professional in Northern California and Hawaii for over 23 years.

While living in Maui she heard about a little town called Sandpoint, Idaho. She and her husband came for a visit, loved it there and decided to move to North Idaho.

Now Linda has come full circle back to her original career choice as a real estate agent specializing in rural land and home sales. With over 30 years of experience she has knowledge of all facets of the real estate transaction.
