Linda Toppin is a fantastic Realtor, more importantly she cares very deeply for her clients. You are never "another number" with Linda. Whether it's strong negotiating, solid representation, knowing her craft or overall knowledge of her business, trust and empathy, you can never go wrong with Linda Toppin. She treats every client, every transaction as if they were the most important deal she will ever write! Very personable. Exceptionally trustworthy. I would trust Linda to handle all of my family's transactions and refer her whenever I can. Just sent her a deal for a buy and sell. I could have sent this buy/sell transaction to anyone, but I CHOSE Linda, and so should you :)
