Working with Linda was the best decision we ever made. Linda helped us sell our house down the Cape, our house in Natick and helped us purchase our dream home in Holliston. My wife and I wanted to sell our house down the Cape that was on 2 lots as 1 sale and Linda recommended we sell the house on it's own lot first then sell the other lot after. She was spot on. She brought in a person to stage the house and generated a lot of interest. We got an offer right away for what we thought we wanted for the whole thing. Linda answered the phone or called back fast every time, was there to let in all the inspectors and maintenance appointments. She made it so easy for us, as going back and forth to the Cape would have been difficult for us.
After the sale we put the lot on the market and again got an offer quickly. Linda did the same thing for our house in Natick immediately after the selling the Cape.
I can't thank Linda enough for her professionalism, knowledge, work ethic and attention. We thought it was going to be a nightmare and go on and on to sell both properties and find our perfect home for the next stage of our lives but Linda made it a dream. four months after putting the first house on the market we moved in to our new home in Holliston.

Linda came highly recommended to me. She is such a wonderful and thorough realtor. She has a team of people she works with. From consulting with others on perfect pricing, to her staging person and photographer. The whole transaction was seamless! She dropped everything when there was a request to see the property. We received multiple offers all well over asking. In our opinion there is only one realtor. That's Linda Wigren!
